What To Expect
Being well-prepared for your appointment will ensure that the doctor has all of the needed information to provide the best possible care for you. It will also help alleviate any unnecessary anxiety you may be feeling prior to your first appointment. Educate yourself on your symptoms by reviewing the content on this website. Also, take some time to review our staff page and familiarize yourself with the doctors. We look forward to your first visit.
General Information
Appointments
Patients are seen by appointment only. As a courtesy, we try to contact every patient to remind them of their appointment. It is the patient's responsibility to arrive on time for their appointment (earlier if paperwork needs to be filled out). We ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel/reschedule your appointment. Continued failure to do so may result in a fee for missing the appointment.
Prescriptions
New prescriptions will be written and handed to the patient or sent electronically to your pharmacy. Refills (even if none remaining) will be handled by the patient calling their pharmacy and the pharmacy will contact the doctor's office for refill information. (Please allow 24-48 hours for processing.) Please monitor your prescription situation before weekends and holidays to prevent any delays in refills due to another doctor covering for your own.
